What's the difference between a medical cannabis evaluation, a recommendation, and getting my med ID card?

An MMJ evaluation is the first thing you need to receive before obtaining a med card. Once you've undergone an MMJ evaluation, and if approved, your evaluating physician will issue an MMJ recommendation. The recommendation is the document referencing your medical condition(s) and qualifying you to use medical cannabis. You can register with your state MMJ program (if required) using this recommendation.
