Every practitioner who operates through NuggMD is fully licensed in the state or states for which they provide evaluations, and has obtained all required state training and certifications. NuggMD only provides its platform to practitioners in states that allow medical marijuana evaluations to be conducted by telemedicine. Not all states allow this convenience for their patients. If your state does not allow medical cannabis evaluations to be conducted by telemedicine, you can contact your legislature and let them know that you would like to have this option.
