Do I need medical records?

In some states, all you need to meet with a NuggMD practitioners is a US phone number and a valid U.S.-issued photo ID. Other states require that you upload your medical records – including prescriptions, physician’s letters, x-rays, and other documentation – to help support your diagnosis. Regardless of state requirements, we recommend you have your medical records accessible for your evaluation if possible.
