Cancer
Crohn’s Disease
Epilepsy
Glaucoma
Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Parkinson’s Disease
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Medical conditions of the same kind or class as or comparable to those listed above
A terminal condition diagnosed by a physician other than the physician issuing the certification
Chronic nonmalignant pain
Florida law allows licensed physicians to recommend medical marijuana for conditions comparable to those listed or if they believe the patient will benefit from its use. This includes unlisted conditions that may still qualify.
