To qualify for a medical marijuana card in Connecticut, you must:
be diagnosed by a Connecticut-licensed physician with a state-recognized debilitating medical condition
be at least 18 years old
provide proof of Connecticut residency
Inmates under the Department of Corrections do not qualify for the program.
