To qualify for a medical marijuana card in Kentucky, you must:
be a permanent Kentucky resident
not have a disqualifying criminal offense
be diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition by a licensed Kentucky practitioner
be entered into the patient and caregiver registry by your practitioner
obtain a Registry ID card
