How long will it take to get my recommendation?

The entire medical cannabis evaluation process takes 15-20 minutes for most people. After you are approved, you’ll receive a digital PDF copy of your recommendation via email within a few minutes and your official paper copy arrives in the mail within 3-7 business days depending on your location in California. If the post office is being rather slow, there is a chance it could take up to 8 business days. If for any reason your recommendation is lost in the mail in the first 7-8 business days, we will promptly ship out a new one!
