Once you possess a certification from a registered practitioner, you may visit a dispensing facility to obtain medical marijuana products. NY has made changes to the Medical Cannabis Data Management System meaning you no longer have to complete an online registration.
The state is also no longer issuing plastic ID cards by mail. Instead, your registry ID will be included with your certification that we will email to you within 24-48 hours.
