Once you possess a certification from a registered practitioner, you may visit a dispensing facility to obtain medical marijuana products. NY has made changes to the Medical Cannabis Data Management System meaning you no longer have to complete an online registration. <br><br>The state is also no longer issuing plastic ID cards by mail. Instead, your registry ID will be included with your certification that we will email to you within 24-48 hours.
