Yes β Nevada does have a defined list of qualifying medical conditions for its medical marijuana program. To be eligible for a Nevada Registry ID Card, patients must be diagnosed with one of the following:
AIDS
Cancer
Glaucoma
PTSD
Cachexia (wasting syndrome)
Severe nausea
Seizures (including epilepsy)
Severe pain
Multiple sclerosis or other persistent muscle spasms
These conditions are explicitly recognized under Nevada law as qualifying for medical cannabis use.
