Yes β€” Nevada does have a defined list of qualifying medical conditions for its medical marijuana program. To be eligible for a Nevada Registry ID Card, patients must be diagnosed with one of the following:

  • AIDS

  • Cancer

  • Glaucoma

  • PTSD

  • Cachexia (wasting syndrome)

  • Severe nausea

  • Seizures (including epilepsy)

  • Severe pain

  • Multiple sclerosis or other persistent muscle spasms

These conditions are explicitly recognized under Nevada law as qualifying for medical cannabis use.
