You may request a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of your purchase only if you have not yet attended an evaluation with your medical practitioner or non-medical cannabis expert. After twenty-four (24) hours from your purchase, and within thirty (30) days of your purchase, if you have not yet attended an evaluation with your medical practitioner or non-medical cannabis expert consultations, you can request a refund, but you will incur a $10 cancellation fee. You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of your payment to attend an evaluation with your medical professional or non-medical cannabis expert. If you fail to attend an evaluation or non-medical cannabis expert consultation within thirty (30) days of your payment and you fail to request a refund in accordance with this section, you forfeit your payment entirely and you will not be entitled to a refund. If you are approved for a certification/recommendation by your medical professional, but you do not fulfill post-approval obligations, including but not limited to: a) completing the state application requirements; b) uploading required documentation; or c) your evaluation shall be deemed fully complete and you will not be entitled to a refund. We reserve the right to refund you in our sole and absolute discretion, unless otherwise mentioned in these terms.
