If you or one of your loved ones needs assistance with cultivating, obtaining or administering cannabis, a patient caregiver can be assigned to help. Please let your doctor know that a patient caregiver is needed at the time of your exam so they can add this to your certification. Once the patient has applied, the caregiver can submit the caregiver application at the OMMA website. There is no cost for this application.
