Who is eligible to become a caregiver? - West Virginia

A patient may designate up to two caregivers, and a caregiver may care for up to five patients. Caregivers must be 21 or older. There may be exceptions for younger caregivers under extenuating circumstances, but this is unlikely and would be handled case-by-case with the Office of Medical Cannabis.
