Yes, New Jersey voted to legalize recreational marijuana on November 3, 2020. However, the state still has to create regulations that will allow legal sales of recreational marijuana. State Senator Nicholas Scutari is intent on introducing a bill that would let New Jersey's nine current medical marijuana dispensaries sell their overstock to recreational customers.
