If you have not received your recommendation form within 30 days, we will process a full refund for you! All you need to do is contact us via email at support@nuggmd.com with the subject line “Refund Request”. Provide us with a short summary of your issue and we will make it our personal mission to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your NuggMD experience and service. It is important to note that once we refund you, it is our responsibility to officially cancel your medical certificate with the state. This means your certificate will not be available for legal use at any dispensary in New Jersey. It will take 3-5 business days for your refund to be fully processed and the funds to appear in your original account of transaction.
