Are there differing New Jersey state fee requirements if you are a legal guardian of a qualifying minor patient?

If you are a legal guardian for a qualified minor medical marijuana patient in New Jersey, you do not have to pay the state application fee. For minor patients, the required fee is $100, but if you as a guardian are already qualified for a discounted fee, your minor will automatically qualify for that same discount. There may be up to two officially registered guardians for one minor patient.
