Yes. If you are a qualified patient, you are able to register with up to two caregivers in the New Jersey Medicinal Marijuana Program. This means your caregiver can fulfill your medical marijuana prescription from a selected Alternative Treatment Center or dispensary. If you are only being driven to the dispensary or center but are able to pick up your prescription inside yourself, then it is not necessary to go through the process of signing on a caregiver.
