The qualifications to become a Connecticut caregiver are: * 18 years old or older; * Must consent to the management of the physical well-being of the qualifying patients in their medicinal use of marijuana; * Must have a clean criminal record, with no convictions regarding any law focused on the illegal manufacture, sale, or distribution of any controlled substance; * Must not be the evaluating doctor for the designated patient.
