Does Maryland charge a registration fee for the MMCC ID card?

Patients have the option to print a paper copy of their medical cannabis ID cards at no charge.

Maryland C​​annabis​ Administration medical patient ID cards can be ordered after the application is approved for a fee of $25. ​

The current Process for Adult Patients:

  • Adult Patient submits an application, then a Patient License number is assigned

  • ​Patients will log into their ​Onestop Account after approval, click on the Action Tab where the patient has the option to view and print the PDF version of a Patient Identificaiton Card. The patient also has the option to order the Patient Identification Card.
