  • anorexia

  • wasting syndrome

  • severe or chronic pain

  • severe nausea

  • seizures

  • severe or persistent muscle spasms

  • glaucoma

  • post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

  • or another chronic medical condition which is severe and for which other treatments have been ineffective.
