As of January 5, 2015, Maine's certification system does not capture or store patient information. NuggMD won’t put you on any government lists either. However, keep in mind that you will be put on the Department of Health’s list that is not accessible to the general public. Nugg MD patient records are private, protected by HIPAA and New York state law.
