Maine residents are not allowed to use or consume marijuana/marijuana products in public places. This includes places such as music venues, sports stadiums, theme parks, national/state parks, ski resorts, playgrounds, sidewalks, public roads, bars, and restaurants.
Maine residents may only use cannabis on private property, such as their residence.
Nevertheless, property owners, rental agencies, and landlords are still within their rights to prohibit marijuana use on their property.
