Maine's legalizations legislation allows its residents to grow marijuana for their personal use. Those residents over the age of 21 are limited to 3 mature and 12 immature plants. There is no limit on the number of seedlings residents can grow.

Medical marijuana patients can grow six plants each, and MMJ patients living in the same home can use the same cultivation space.
