Upon approval, if you're a new patient you will receive an email within 48 hours (from: no-reply-pmpaware@globalnotifications.com) titled “Ohio Medical Marijuana Registry User Activation”. you will need to follow the instructions in the email and click the link provided to complete registration. Once you have completed the instructions provided in the email, click the link to activate and print your card. Keep in mind that the link provided in the email only works once.
If you're completing a renewal, the Doctor will have your certification updated for another year in 24 to 48 hours. You'll simply log back into your account and download an updated card.
If the state registration is due, you will log in and simply select the "Renew Card" button to update the state registration for another year.
